Who is this guy?!
Quite new to the Crossfitting world, I wanted something to track my progress and share my ideas about a healthy life and especially healthy and fun exercise. I first noticed Crossfit at the beginning of 2009, but started to become active in 2010.
In the past I tried various options of fitness, but never stuck with it. I found it far too boring and couldn’t find it in myself to stick with it. I did most of the training at home and started training on a regular bases at the end of 09.
When I found a crossfit gym nearby I joined it asap and here am I now, tracking my overall progress and sharing idea’s.
